This EC sign has been designed to fit in with the current directive specifications and uses widely accepted logos in its design. The running man follows an upward facing arrow towards the open fire exit. To emphasise this message, the word ‘Exit’ has also been printed in a bold white font. Together, this sign tells the user to move upwards, either via a staircase or slope, to find the next stage in their escape route. It should be used in collaboration with other fire exit ones to create said route and protects the lives of all who enter your building.
